Job Description
- 1-5 yrs in IT Recruitment is a must.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles in Non-IT/ IT.
- Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining formalities.
- Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.
- Should be well versed in using job portals and good at networking with candidates. Should have the general knowledge on all Non-IT/ IT Technologies and tools used. Must be fluent in English.
- Will be responsible for the entire Life cycle of Recruitment including stakeholder management.
- Will be working for the Indian (Domestic) market.
- Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, etc. Screening & shortlisting candidates as per the given Job Description.
- Briefing the candidates about the job profile and organization benefits.
- Scheduling interviews and pre-offer formalities.
- Coordinating with the candidates until they are on board.
- Sub Roles: Recruitment, Field-Recruiter/Portal recruiter
- Required job shifts : Morning shift
