Job Description
1-5 yrs in IT Recruitment is a must.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles in Non-IT/ IT.
Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining formalities.
Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.
Should be well versed in using job portals and good at networking with candidates. Should have the general knowledge on all Non-IT/ IT Technologies and tools used. Must be fluent in English.
Will be responsible for the entire Life cycle of Recruitment including stakeholder management.
Will be working for the Indian (Domestic) market.
Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, etc. Screening & shortlisting candidates as per the given Job Description.
Briefing the candidates about the job profile and organization benefits.
Scheduling interviews and pre-offer formalities.
Coordinating with the candidates until they are on board.
