Job Description

  • 1-5 yrs in IT Recruitment is a must.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles in Non-IT/ IT.
  • Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining formalities. 
  • Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced. 
  • Should be well versed in using job portals and good at networking with candidates. Should have the general knowledge on all Non-IT/ IT Technologies and tools used. Must be fluent in English.
  • Will be responsible for the entire Life cycle of Recruitment including stakeholder management. 
  • Will be working for the Indian (Domestic) market. 
  • Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, etc. Screening & shortlisting candidates as per the given Job Description. 
  • Briefing the candidates about the job profile and organization benefits.
  • Scheduling interviews and pre-offer formalities. 
  • Coordinating with the candidates until they are on board. 
  • Sub Roles: Recruitment, Field-Recruiter/Portal recruiter  
  • Required job shifts : Morning shift
